Quality Assurance, Damage Control and Refund Policy

 

Here at Ruthless Designs we take pride in our work. We used to print our shirts in house, by hand. Making sure that every spec of detail transferred from the paper / computer to the final product. That pride and attention to detail hasn’t gone anywhere. We now work closely with a production company insuring that a quality product is created and delivered to your doorstep. 

 

** ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS **

 

Since upgrading production to a fulfillment company we are not able to offer refunds for ordering the wrong size, color or if you don’t like the product. However, if an item is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we can take care of the situation.
